It's by Forest Tobey who was a music teacher at Woodstock in the ? 1970s or 80s and wrote a suite called Off Chants - Sketches of India with 10 pieces or tracks. Some were very clearly Indian, almost all were influenced or combined elements of Indian music and Western music.
